Hardware and License Fee
NCR is a cloud based pos system that works through iPads or NCR supplied Android table based equipment. NCR will NOT work on merchant supplied Android tablets or standard home computer. NCR does not supply iPads. There are two versions NCR, Silver and Silver Pro. All hardware costs are preset and cannot be altered. NCR can be sold by Purchase or Placement Program. NCR must be boarded on Global.
Purchase
NCR Bundles include an iPad stand, cash drawer, thermal receipt printer, and a standard lightening credit card reader. Additional items can be purchased on an a-la-carte basis. NCR has license fees that are not adjustable. For NCR Silver the first license is $79, and any additional license is $19. For NCR Silver Pro the first license is $149, and any additional license is $50. If you get more than one license with NCR Silver Pro merchant must purchase a Mac Mini. The Mac Mini is NOT provided by NCR.
Placement
PayProTec Placement Program requires a monthly Placement agreement to be signed for a term of 36 months. Additional Services
NCR offers additional services for an additional monthly fee per service. These are, advanced reporting, inventory management, employee management, or three in a bundle.

Documents MUST be signed and dated.
If merchant wants menu/inventory pre-programmed in their NCR, they MUST send in their menu/inventory with paperwork.
Returns and Cancellation
For both placement and purchase, the three year term will automatically be renewed for an additional year unless the merchant notifies PayProTec no later than 30 days before the end of their term.
For purchased equipment, items may be returned within 30 days from date of order signature for a full partial refund, if ALL equipment is returned within 5 business days of return instructions being sent out.
For placements, any returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, based on equipment costs. ALL equipment needs to be returned within 5 business days of return instructions being sent out. If merchant fails to return equipment in allowed time, merchant agrees to pay full cost of equipment. If merchant cancels credit card processing, PPT has the right to cancel POS service.
